Reprint or Refund Policy
- If there is any mistake in the printed product due to our error, we are committed to rectifying it. We will reprint the job at no additional cost to you.
- In case you are not satisfied with the reprinted product, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid.
Conditions for Eligibility
- Notification Period: You must notify us of any issue with your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Inspection: The product must be returned in its original condition, along with any accompanying materials (e.g., boxes, labels, etc.).
- Reason for Claim: Clear details of the issue must be provided, including photos or other supporting evidence of the defect or error.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions
- Orders with errors caused by customer-provided files (e.g., incorrect design, low-resolution artwork) are not eligible for reprint or refund.
- Claims initiated after 7 calendar days of product delivery will not be accepted.
